2. USER CONTENT AND INTERACTIONS

The App enables users to create profiles and interact with other users. We do not control, monitor, or verify the accuracy of user-provided content. Users are solely responsible for their content and interactions with other users both within and outside the App.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF MATCHES

While we strive to provide quality matching services, we make no guarantees regarding the success of any matches, relationships, or interactions that may result from using the App. Results vary, and we do not promise compatibility with any user.

4. SAFETY DISCLAIMER

We cannot guarantee your safety when meeting other users in person. We strongly recommend:

- Meeting in public places for initial meetings

- Informing friends or family of your whereabouts

- Using your own transportation

- Limiting alcohol consumption

- Trusting your instincts if you feel uncomfortable

While we may employ various verification methods, we cannot guarantee the identity, age, or other information provided by users. You agree to exercise caution in all interactions.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wingmate Services LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App, your connection to the App, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
